Office Pool Games ("OPG", "we", "us") provides an online platform for creating and managing branded sports contests. By using our platform as a host or participant, you agree to these terms.
Platform Purpose
Our platform is designed for entertainment and engagement purposes. We provide the technology infrastructure for sports prediction contests including brackets, pick'em pools, survivor challenges, squares games, and other contest formats.
Eligibility & Legal Compliance
Contest hosts are responsible for ensuring their contests comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. OPG provides the technology platform but does not administer prizes, manage gambling activities, or provide legal advice regarding contest legality in specific jurisdictions.
Host Responsibilities
- Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of contest rules communicated to participants
- Hosts are responsible for prize fulfillment and prize-related tax obligations
- Hosts must use participant data in compliance with applicable privacy laws
- Hosts may not use the platform for illegal gambling or activities prohibited by law
Data Usage & CRM Sync
Hosts on eligible plans may access participant data through exports and CRM integrations. By participating in a host's contest, participants acknowledge that the host will receive their entry data (name, email, picks). Hosts agree to use this data responsibly and in compliance with their own privacy policies.
Payment & Refunds
Contest hosting fees are charged per-contest or via subscription. Refunds may be issued at OPG's discretion for contests that have not yet launched. Once a contest is live and accepting entries, fees are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
OPG provides the platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding uptime, scoring accuracy in edge cases, or contest outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific contest in question. OPG is not liable for prizes, participant disputes, or losses arising from contest participation.
