PROMOTION PERIOD: Each Promotion will begin and end as specified in the Invitation to Enter (“Promotion Period”). Fantasy Royale may terminate a Promotion at any time with or without notice. The Fantasy Royale database computer is the official Promotion clock.
HOW TO ENTER: Follow the instructions in the Invitation to Enter, which in each case will require you to (a) create a free account with Fantasy Royale, if you do not already have one, (b) complete an entry form, including submission of your name and email address, and (c) make predictions about one or more outcomes in selected sporting events. Unless otherwise specified in the Invitation to Enter, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address per Promotion. No sharing of email addresses is allowed.
Entries for a Promotion must be received during the timeframe specified in the Invitation to Enter. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. Any attempt to enter more than the permitted number of times in any Promotion with multiple identities, email addresses, or by any other means, may result in disqualification. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and grounds for disqualification. Fantasy Royale is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, all of which are void. Each entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit the entry. Message and data rates may apply for entries submitted or other Promotion-related communications conducted via mobile devices.
WINNER SELECTION: Fantasy Royale offers various Promotions, each requiring entrants to make predictions about a series of outcomes in select sporting events. Success in such predictions is generally the primary factor in determining the winner(s) in any Promotion. Further details regarding the method and timing for selecting potential winner(s) for each Promotion will be disclosed in the corresponding Invitation to Enter, which will be posted above. Unless otherwise specified in the Invitation to Enter, potential winner(s) will be selected within approximately 30 business days after the end of the Promotion Period. The potential winner(s) will be notified via the email address associated with their entry. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial winner notification within five (5) business days, or if the winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may, in Fantasy Royale’s sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Certain Promotions may be structured such that a tie between two or more potential winners is possible. Unless otherwise specified in the Invitation to Enter, any ties between potential winners will be resolved via a random drawing from among all tied potential winners, with inclusion in such drawing as each potential winner’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.
ODDS: Odds in any Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Promotion and the success of an entrant in predicting outcomes in the relevant sporting events.
PRIZE(S): The prize(s) available in any Promotion will be specified in the Invitation to Enter. Any prize details not specified in the Invitation to Enter will be determined by Fantasy Royale in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed, except by Fantasy Royale, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. Each potential winner (a) is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes imposed as a result of acceptance of the prize and for all costs and expenses not identified in the Invitation to Enter as included within the prize, and (b) may be required to execute a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (“Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential eligible winner is not of legal age of majority in his or her state of residence, at Fantasy Royale’s option, the prize may be awarded in the name of such potential winner’s parent or legal guardian, or the parent or legal guardian of such potential winner may be required to ratify and sign all Prize Claim Documents. All prizes are provided by the prize provider identified in the Invitation to Enter. The prize(s) identified in the Invitation to Enter will be delivered to the confirmed winner(s) by such prize provider. Fantasy Royale is not responsible for, nor does Fantasy Royale make any guarantees with respect to, prize delivery.
If any prize includes travel, all transportation, lodging, meals, and other costs and expenses not otherwise expressly included in the prize description in the Invitation to Enter are the responsibility of the winner. Ground transportation may be substituted for air transportation at Fantasy Royale’s sole discretion if air travel is not reasonably required due to the winner’s proximity to any listed destination. Any difference between estimated value and actual value will not be awarded. A major credit card will be required at hotel check-in, where applicable, to cover any incidental expenses. Winner and travel companion, if any, (a) must travel on the same itinerary, (b) must have all ID and other documents necessary for travel, and (c) may be required to sign any Prize Claim Documents prior to ticketing. Any person taking part in the trip who is a minor under the laws of his/her state of residence must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who also must execute all documents on behalf of the minor. Travel must be completed to coincide with any required event(s) listed in the Invitation to Enter. If a winner cannot travel on specified dates, an alternate winner may be selected from among remaining eligible entrants. All dates for travel and advertised events are subject to change. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of any event(s) beyond Fantasy Royale’s control. If any such event is cancelled or postponed after travel arrangements are made, the remainder of the trip may be awarded as the complete prize.
ADDITIONAL RULES: Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.
