1. DESCRIPTION
The Rock & Brews NFL Pick’em Challenge (“Challenge”) is a free, season-long football prediction promotion. The sponsor is Rock & Brews Franchising, LLC (“Sponsor”). The Challenge is not endorsed by, associated with, or sponsored by the National Football League, its teams, or any of their affiliates. This promotion is a non-gambling activity intended solely for entertainment purposes.
Entrants earn points by correctly predicting winners of professional football games during the Challenge Period as described below. Weekly prizes are distributed to participants each week, and eligible entrants who play all 18 weeks will be entered into a drawing to win a grand prize valued at $2,500 per state.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. One account per person and per email address. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
For purposes of the grand prize drawings, an entrant’s state is determined by the “Favorite Location” selected at registration and may not be changed after Week 1 of the Challenge.
3. CHALLENGE PERIOD AND REGISTRATION
A. Challenge Period. The Challenge runs during the professional football regular season, on or about September 5, 2025 through the end of the regular 2025 NFL Season (“Challenge Period”). B. Registration. Visit https://officepoolgames.com/pickem/rocknbrews and complete the registration form with your full name, valid email address, screen name, and phone number. By registering and participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. By entering, participants will join the Rock & Brews Roadie E-Club and can unsubscribe at any time.
4. HOW TO PLAY
A. Weekly Picks. Each week during the Challenge Period, log in and submit a winner prediction for each listed game before the published lock time for that game. Picks lock at each game’s scheduled kickoff. B. Join Any Time. You may register and begin playing at any point during the season; points are not retroactive for prior weeks. C. Edits. You may change an unlocked pick any time before that game’s lock time. Once a game locks, that pick is final. D. Missed or Late Picks. If you do not make a pick before a game locks, you receive zero points for that game.
5. SCORING AND TIE-BREAKERS
A. Scoring. Entrants will earn one (1) point for each correctly predicted winning team in that week’s schedule of professional football games. No points are awarded for incorrect or missed picks. Weekly scores are calculated by totaling the number of correct picks for that week. B. Leaderboard. A weekly leaderboard will display participants’ point totals. Leaderboards are for reference and friendly competition only; official prize eligibility is determined in accordance with Section 6. C. Tiebreaker. Each week, Entrants will also be asked to predict the total combined points scored by both teams in the designated tiebreaker game, typically the final game of the week. If two or more Entrants finish the week with the same score, ties will be broken in the following order:
Closest to the actual total combined score of the tiebreaker game without going over.
If a tie still remains, closest to the actual total combined score regardless of whether the Entrant’s prediction went over.
If a tie still remains after (1) and (2), a random drawing will be held among tied Entrants.
D. Missed Picks. Entrants who do not submit a pick for a locked game will receive zero points for that game. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted once the applicable game has begun.
6. PRIZES AND GRAND PRIZE ENTRY
A. Weekly Prizes. Each week, participants who submitted at least one valid pick for that week will receive a prize by email the following week. Prizes may include free menu items, discounts, Rock & Brews merchandise, or similar benefits. Details, restrictions, and availability vary by week and location. Prizes and offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be combined with other promotions, and are subject to the terms stated on the offer. Limit one offer per person per week.
B. Grand Prize Qualification. Entrants who submit valid weekly picks for eighteen (18) consecutive weeks during the Challenge Period will receive one (1) entry into the grand prize drawing. Performance does not affect odds.
C. Grand Prize Drawings; One Winner Per State. Sponsor will conduct separate drawings to select one (1) grand prize winner from California, Texas, Florida, and Missouri among eligible entrants who qualified in that state under Section 6(B). State is determined by the entrant’s Favorite Location provided at registration and may not be changed after Week 1 of the Challenge. If there are no eligible entrants in a state, no prize will be awarded for that state.
D. Grand Prize and Value. Each grand prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,500. Redemption restrictions apply as set forth in Section 6(E).
E. Redemption Restrictions. Grand prizes are valid only at participating Rock & Brews locations. Not valid at airport locations or casinos. Maximum group size is four (4) people per visit with a maximum redemption value of $200 per visit. Takeout orders are eligible up to $200 per order. Items are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers. Additional terms may appear on vouchers or gift cards and apply.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
A. Weekly Prize Distribution. Weekly prizes are distributed by email to eligible participants as described in Section 6(A). No additional winner selection is required for weekly prizes. B. Grand Prize Drawings. Grand prize drawings will be conducted on or about 1 week following the end of the 2025 NFL season from among all eligible entrants who qualified in each state under Section 6(B). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that state. C. Notification and Verification. Potential grand prize winners will be notified by email or phone using the information provided at registration. Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner from the applicable state drawing.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND CONDUCT
By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates the rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Challenge or any week if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Challenge, as determined by Sponsor, and to award prizes based on eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of impairment or as otherwise deemed fair.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, Entrants release Sponsor, its franchisees, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Challenge or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. To the maximum extent permitted by law, prizes are provided “as is” without warranties, and in no event shall Sponsor be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations or exclusions of liability; in such cases, the above may not apply.
10. GOVERNING LAW
All issues concerning the construction, validity, and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. PRIVACY
Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://rockandbrews.com/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to the use of your information for administration of the Challenge, prize fulfillment, and communications related to the Rock & Brews Roadie E-Club.
